Dibujos realizados para ilustrar el libro 3:17 de Camilo Garzón.
El proceso de realización fue bastante interesante, ya que el autor no quería que las imágenes dieran cuenta de sus palabras, sino que se iniciara una conversación dislocada entre el texto y las imágenes. Es así que los dibujos de cierta manera no ilustran el libro de manera precisa, sino que acompañan, desde mi propia historia, el texto convulso que Garzón escribió.
"3:17 propone una forma alternativa de narrativas (visual-literaria) cuya temática evidencia las tensiones que acompañan el sentir cotidiano de un personaje que a través de unos textos poéticos describe realidades con las cuales cualquiera que vive estos mundos caóticos podría sentirse identificado. La novedad que se plantea en esta propuesta es crear una atmósfera de tensión entre el texto realista, la imagen urbana que se retoma del fanzine y un planteamiento cromático de nostalgia; creando un conjunto estético que involucra afectivamente al lector."

The process of realization was quite interesting, since the author did not want the images to give an account of his words, but rather to start a conversation dislocated between the text and the images. So the drawings in a certain way do not illustrate the book precisely, but accompany, from my own history, the convulsed text that Garzón wrote.
"3:17 proposes an alternative form of narratives (visual-literary) whose theme highlights the tensions that accompany the everyday feeling of a character who through poetic texts describes realities with which anyone living these chaotic worlds could feel identified. The novelty that arises in this proposal is to create an atmosphere of tension between the realistic text, the urban image that is taken from the fanzine and a chromatic approach of nostalgia; creating an aesthetic set that affectively involves the reader."
